Makes lux.cloud self-contained: defines the canonical `cloud` Deployment (ghcr.io/hanzoai/cloud:v1.785.19 unified binary, :8000 + :9090, fsGroup + RWO PVC, white-labelled to lux.cloud via id.lux.cloud JWKS) instead of relying on an ad-hoc kubectl apply that drifts. Wired into the cloud kustomization.
