Align all EVM chainId values with the canonical truth table: - Lux devnet C-Chain 96370 -> 96367 (completes the 96369/96368/96367 descending sequence), incl. cChain genesis blobs, configmaps, explorers, indexers, e2e helpers, and docs - Pars mainnet 7070 -> 494949 (lux-mainnet ns) + corrected stale comments - Pars testnet 7070/7071 -> 494950 (lux-testnet ns, crd, explorer, e2e, docs) - Hanzo testnet 36964 -> 36962 (crd, explorer-testnet, e2e, scripts, docs); Hanzo devnet 36964 left intact - lux-testnet namespace mainnet-id leaks -> testnet ids (C 96369->96368, Hanzo 36963->36962, SPC 36911->36910) G-chain 97070 and all networkIDs (1/2/3/1337) deliberately untouched.
