./local/up.sh (make local) boots the full /v1 backend on ~/.hanzo/bin/hanzo cloud with a self-generated dev KMS key and no external IAM — fully seedable locally (prod is IAM-only). Apps + screenshot harness point at localhost:8899. Proven: /api/health 200 with iam/kms/base/accounts/bank/commerce/o11y. Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>
Local Lux stack — everything on the hanzo cloud binary
Boots the whole /v1 backend locally on the single Go everything-binary
(~/.hanzo/bin/hanzo cloud) — iam, kms, base, accounts, bank, commerce, o11y…
Uses a self-generated dev KMS key (.kms-master-key) and no external IAM,
so it's fully seedable locally (prod is IAM-only and can't be seeded ad-hoc).
make local # or: ./local/up.sh → http://localhost:8899
BRAND=acm ./local/up.sh # same stack, white-label brand
ENABLE="iam,kms,base,bank" ./local/up.sh # subset of subsystems
Then run the frontends against it, e.g.:
cd ~/work/lux/bank/app/dash && VITE_API_URL=http://localhost:8899 pnpm dev
# admin: ~/work/lux/bank-admin → VITE_DATA_SOURCE=live VITE_API_URL=http://localhost:8899 pnpm dev
Capture screenshots against local:
cd ~/work/lux/universe/screenshots && BRAND=local node capture.mjs # (manifest 'local' surfaces → localhost)
