Documentation links and the compiler's own "cannot compose" error pointed readers at the upstream vendor's docs; they point at docs.lux.network now. The third_party/tfhe-rs submodule is removed: it was never populated, and the Rust frontend's tfhe-rs feature resolves the tfhe crate from the registry rather than from that tree, so nothing built against it. CI becomes the one lane the estate uses — a root hanzo.yml and a cicd.yml importing hanzoai/ci. Of the GitHub workflows it replaces, a third asked for a runner fleet this org does not own.

# Native CI for the Torus compiler, on the git.hanzo.ai runner fleet.

# The optimizer is the part that builds from a bare toolchain; the compiler

|
# itself needs an LLVM tree, which the fleet image does not carry yet, so it

# is not claimed here rather than declared and skipped.
