zeekay 917f133d09 Name the two shapes for what they hold ...

The pair was abstractShape / concreteShape, which names one of them after
what it is not. In this struct they are the shape before encryption and the
shape after it adds dimensions, so they are plainShape and cipherShape.

capnp identifies fields by ordinal, not by name, so the wire format is
unchanged.
