zooqueenandHanzo Dev 59115ccfe1 feat(desktop): centralize brand, fix bundle id, fix pnpm/tauri build

- Add centralized brand config (src/brand.ts); make App.tsx fully brand-driven (no hardcoded Lux/LUX)
- Fix bundle identifier to reverse-DNS of lux.network: network.lux.desktop (was com.luxfi.desktop)
- Approve esbuild build via pnpm-workspace.yaml (pnpm 11 ignores the package.json pnpm field)
- Bump @tauri-apps/api and @tauri-apps/cli to ^2.11 to match Rust tauri 2.11
