- Update go.mod to Go 1.25.5, testify v1.10.0
- Update tools/go.mod module path to github.com/luxfi/atomic/tools
- Remove deprecated golint, keep staticcheck
- Simplify pointer types: merge go118/go119 variants into single pointer.go
- Remove legacy // +build tags (only support Go 1.25+)
- Update GitHub workflow to only test Go 1.25.x
- Update Makefile with correct package paths
