zeekay 799bbe97b9 feat: relocate OOM + fheCRDT audits from luxfi/papers 
Per CLAUDE.md, audits belong here, not under papers/. Moves this
session's two landings and adjusts class paths to compile in the
new location.

Files:
  2026-04-12-oom-audit.tex + .pdf       — OOM / resource-exhaustion
                                           audit of precompiles + node
                                           + DEX (5 pages).
  2026-04-12-fhecrdt-audit.tex + .pdf   — fheCRDT soundness +
                                           empirical bench audit
                                           (6 pages).

Symlinks (so the shared luxcover / luxfhe classes stay reachable
without duplicating files):
  shared@      → ../papers/shared
  fhe-shared@  → ../papers/fhe/shared

Both PDFs rebuild cleanly via `pdflatex -interaction=nonstopmode
<file>.tex` from this directory.

Co-located with the existing .md audits (2025-12-11 and 2025-12-30
batches). Going forward all new audits land here in LaTeX.
