The receiving coordinates are invented — a bank name, a SWIFT, and digits derived from the account id — and nothing gated them. Measured outside the sandbox: routing 099510477, account 3685660557, at "SF Private Bank". A customer hands those to a payer and the wire lands wherever those digits actually point. In the sandbox they are the demo and stay, determinism included, so what a customer quotes today they quote tomorrow. Outside it there are none until a rail issues them: no coordinates is a customer who asks, wrong ones are somebody's money gone. The account is otherwise unaffected — still an account, just with nowhere for a wire to land yet — and the receive page already reads straight without them.
