zeekay baebcfa594 fix: add GOWORK/CGO env to all CI workflows and fix go fmt ...

- Add GOWORK=off and CGO_ENABLED=0 to lint.yml, unit-test.yml, ci.yml, build.yml
- Remove -race flag from ci.yml (incompatible with CGO_ENABLED=0)
- Fix go fmt formatting in 22 Go files
