typescript 7.0.2 is the native compiler and exports no JavaScript API, and next below 16.3 wants typescript/lib/typescript.js, which the native compiler does not ship: the check fails and next shells out to `pnpm add typescript` mid-build, which a frozen lockfile or an offline runner turns into a failed build. So 7.0.2 comes in aliased as tsgo and does the typechecking, and typescript stays on the 6 line for next. The docs site: 7 diagnostics before, 6 now. Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>
