zeekayandHanzo Dev f8fc353b68 test(e2e): comments say /v1, matching the code that already splits on /v1 ...

The upgrade suites derive nodeURI as strings.Split(rpc, "/v1")[0]; the
comments still said "/ext". luxd has one prefix (node/server/http/server.go
baseURL = "/v1"). Comment-only; no behaviour change.

Measured 2026-07-27: api.lux.network/v1/bc/C/rpc 200 0x17871,
/ext/bc/C/rpc 404, control /v1/bc/ZZZNOPE/rpc 404.
