zeekay b579c3b185 build(deps): re-resolve github.com/hanzoai/idv v1.0.2

Refresh go.sum to current upstream module bits and alias the
idv/provider import as idv to match existing package-selector usage
(fixes a pre-existing compile error in cmd/complianced and pkg/kyc).
