zeekayandHanzo Dev ff317ad6e9 A chain's routes hang from /v1/chain, not /v1/bc
"bc" abbreviated blockchain, and the abbreviation asserted a shape. A Lux chain
is not always a chain of blocks — a DAG is one of the things this network runs —
so the segment named a property that is not general, in the one string every
client builds its URLs from.

ChainAliasPrefix already held the value; only the value moves.

// ChainAliasPrefix is the path segment a chain's routes hang from:

// It was "bc", short for blockchain, and the abbreviation asserted something
// that is not true of every chain here — a Lux chain may be a DAG, and naming
// the shape in the route means the route is wrong wherever the shape differs.
// "chain" is what these all are.
