Renames EnvNodePath/EnvNetrunnerPath/EnvEVMPath/EnvPluginsDir values from LUX_NODE_PATH/LUX_NETRUNNER_PATH/LUX_EVM_PATH/LUX_PLUGINS_DIR to NODE_PATH/NETRUNNER_PATH/EVM_PATH/PLUGINS_DIR. BREAKING: env var rename. Per the org-wide LUX_ prefix sweep — values are identified by namespace, not place. Constant identifiers (EnvNodePath etc) unchanged so import sites only need a doc-string refresh.
