Migrate constants from luxfi/node/utils/constants: - aliases.go: Chain and network aliases - application.go: Application constants - lps.go: LP fee configurations - memory.go: Memory overhead constants (PointerOverhead) - network_ids.go: Network ID definitions - networking.go: Network configuration constants - vm_ids.go: Virtual machine identifiers These constants are now shared across node, cli, sdk, and netrunner.
