zeekay eab950e310 fix: Additional test file fixes for crypto and context types ...

- atomic/state/atomic_trie_iterator_test.go: crypto.RandomBytes -> utils.RandomBytes
- atomic/txpool/mempool_test.go: Use consensustest.Runtime() instead of
  consensustest.Context() for proper *runtime.Runtime type compatibility
