`export *` from a client module has to be evaluated to enumerate it, so the boundary cannot stand and the module runs in the RSC pass, where React has no createContext. Naming the exports lets each one be a reference instead. The client boundary now comes from what a module does rather than from stamping every output and exempting a list: a block registry is a Map and a lookup, and marked, a page could no longer register a type of its own while rendering on the server. Site chrome gets a subpath each, so importing a header no longer evaluates the cart and the sign-in panel beside it.
