The gofmt job fails on every run and has for several commits — attestation/
vendor.go, bls/sig_identity_reject_test.go and poi/transcript.go carry comment
indentation, a missing blank comment line and struct field alignment that gofmt
disagrees with. Pure formatting; no statement changes.

Unrelated to the go.mod change before it, which touched two lines and no code,
but a gate that is always red teaches people to ignore it.
