internal/ethapi: 27 of the 46 golden files still carried pre-Cancun headers. The genesis header now serialises blobGasUsed, excessBlobGas and parentBeaconBlockRoot as zero rather than omitting them, which moves the genesis hash and every parentHash below it. evmgpu already had the fix in its encoder -- its output reproduces luxfi/evm v1.104.49's goldens byte for byte, all 27 of them -- so the files are taken from there and the whole package passes. That is a wider conformance check than the three EVM vectors in the conformance corpus, which stop at genesis, chain id and header RLP. warp: the backend stores every message under Keccak256(msg.ID()) -- AddMessage, GetMessageSignature and the off-chain load all hash before touching the database. The off-chain test looked one up by the bare ID and got not-found. Added evmMessageID, the same helper luxfi/evm introduced for this. internal/ethapi and warp now pass.
