typescript 7.0.2 is the native compiler and exports no JavaScript API, so
next 14/15 and @typescript-eslint cannot read it. It comes in aliased as tsgo
and does the typechecking; typescript stays on the 6 line for the tools.

Five things the 6 line no longer accepts came with the bump. app/site targeted
ES5, which is gone, so it targets ES2017. app/investor's side-effect import of
globals.css needs an ambient declaration. base64ToBytes returns a
Uint8Array<ArrayBuffer>, which is what Blob takes now. pkg/ui skips lib checks
like every other project here. pkg/brand really does use process, Buffer and
require, so it depends on @types/node and asks for it by name.

Two diagnostics before and after, the same two under both compilers.
