Add three optimized Lamport verification functions: - verifyFast: ~390k gas with early exit - verifyUnrolled: ~380k gas with 4x loop unrolling - verifyBranchless: ~435k constant-time for side-channel resistance Also includes: - GitHub Actions CI workflow (Solidity + Go tests) - Comprehensive documentation site (7 markdown files) - LaTeX whitepaper for academic reference - 34 passing Foundry tests with fuzz testing All assembly uses explicit calldata offsets for compatibility with Solidity 0.8.31 (fixed-size arrays don't support .offset suffix).
