zeekay 35be716cfe chore: commit untracked deploy scripts and real-network broadcast records ...

deploy-lending.sh (Morpho-blue lending core + IRM + MetaMorpho factory) and
script/DeployL2.s.sol were sitting untracked.

The broadcast records are for chains 96368 / 96369 / 96370 — real Lux networks.
This repo uses Foundry's stock ignore rules, where `!/broadcast` deliberately
TRACKS deployment history while /broadcast/*/31337/ and **/dry-run/ drop local
noise; localnet 31337 stays ignored, as intended.

These missed the previous commit because `git add -A` aborted partway on a
transient submodule walk error.
