zeekay e785c5e9da feat: interactive animated mark — pure-CSS load→hover→press + getAnimatedSVG() ...

Self-contained animated SVG (load assemble, hover flourish, press squash);
classes namespaced per brand so multiple marks coexist on one page; honors
prefers-reduced-motion. Adds getAnimatedSVG()/getAnimatedDataUrl(), an
'animated' LogoVariant, and <Logo variant="animated"> React embed —
single-sourced from src/animated.ts. Ships raw svg/ in the package + README docs.
