docs/out is a Next.js export — 6.4M of it, tracked, with no ignore rule and no workflow that publishes it. Nothing read it. It is built from the source beside it, so the copy in the tree could only ever be stale or identical. Removing it from tracking does not shrink .git; the objects stay in history until somebody rewrites it, which is not this commit's business. Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>
