Abstract
This LP specifies the integration of NIST-approved post-quantum cryptographic algorithms into the Lux Network.
Motivation
Quantum computers threaten current cryptographic standards. Proactive migration ensures long-term security.

- ML-KEM-768: Key encapsulation (FIPS 203)
- ML-DSA-65: Digital signatures (FIPS 204)
- SLH-DSA: Hash-based signatures (FIPS 205)
