zeekayandHanzo Dev de6fe452de chore(publish): mark all @luxwallet packages public + repository/license 
publishConfig.access=public (scoped packages default restricted), MIT
license + repository → github.com/luxwallet/luxwallet on every leaf, so
`npm publish` (or `pnpm -r publish`) ships them the moment the
github.com/luxwallet org + @luxwallet npm scope exist. No code change;
tsc --build stays green.
