The maker had no image or deploy config, so nothing kept the native D-Chain orderbook live (the exchange Trade page reads that book via the exchange-api's dex_get_* adapter). Ship it as an in-cluster seeder. - Dockerfile: CPU/linux-amd64, CGO_ENABLED=0 static binary on luxfi/crypto's pure-Go path — same build shape as the sibling ghcr.io/luxfi/dex image; private luxfi modules resolve via the gh_token BuildKit secret. - .github/workflows/docker.yml: publishes ghcr.io/luxfi/maker via the shared hanzoai/.github docker-build.yml reusable (secrets: inherit), the canonical luxfi Go-image pattern (matches dex). Semver-only. - cmd/maker/main.go: 12-factor — every flag default reads an env var (DEX_HTTP_URL, MAKER_USER, MAKER_SPREAD_BPS, MAKER_LEVELS, MAKER_INTERVAL, MAKER_SKEW_BPS, MAKER_DEBUG). Setting DEX_HTTP_URL puts the binary in seed mode, so the k8s/compose config flows through env only; CLI flags still win. - k8s/: ConfigMap + single-replica Deployment (Recreate — two seeders sharing the maker identity would double-deposit). Base targets lux-devnet; per-network the namespace + DEX_HTTP_URL port change (devnet 9650 / testnet 9640 / mainnet 9630, verified from lux infra). kubectl kustomize k8s | kubectl apply -f -. - compose.yml: local seeding against a host luxd's /ext/bc/D. build/vet/test green (CGO_ENABLED=0). Live seeding needs a reachable luxd serving the native D-Chain VM (not publicly exposed; in-cluster surface).
