zeekayandGitHub 73811acbc6 chore(licensing): correct LICENSING.md to match BSD-3 LICENSE file (#2 )

The LICENSE file is plain BSD 3-Clause (GitHub licensee detects it as
BSD-3-Clause). LICENSING.md previously claimed All Rights Reserved /
patent-protected tier, which contradicted the binding LICENSE.

mdns is a commodity peer-discovery library (mDNS/DNS-SD over
grandcat/zeroconf). No Lux-specific patent claim — BSD-3 is the
intended tier per the three-tier IP strategy.

This change touches only LICENSING.md; the LICENSE file is unchanged.

Licensing

This repository is licensed under the BSD 3-Clause License (see LICENSE). It belongs to the public tier of the Lux three-tier IP strategy — anyone may use, copy, modify, and redistribute the contents under the BSD-3 terms, including commercial use, with attribution and the standard non-endorsement clause.

mdns is a zero-configuration peer discovery library (mDNS/DNS-SD over the grandcat/zeroconf library). It implements commodity infrastructure with no Lux-specific patent claim; the BSD-3 license matches that intent.
