zeekay 4a2737abea docs: Quasar Edition migration spec — Dec 25 2025 16:20 PST activation

Canonical institutional memory for the Etna-era → Quasar Edition
migration. Documents:

- Two activation eras (Etna 2024-12-25 / Quasar 2025-12-25)
- Quasar Edition contents (Pulsar + Corona + Magnetar + Polaris,
  42 PQ precompiles, ML-DSA hybrid validator identity X-Wing pattern,
  BTC-style hash-of-hash NodeID, Cancun)
- Migration flow per chain (primary C-Chain, L2 EVMs)
- Anti-patterns we've done 3-4 times and should stop:
  * Baking activation INTO genesis (drifts hash, breaks RLP)
  * Wiping chain DB to "fix" wedge (loses history)
  * Manufacturing matching genesis (it already exists as genesis.original.json)
  * Sentinel-version string bumping (kludge — use content-hash markers)
  * Bumping luxd image to fix a genesis-selection bug
