resolve packages via our verdaccio, which proxies and caches all of npm alongside the @hanzo, @luxfi and @zoo scopes. lockfiles are untouched on purpose: npm and pnpm both honor .npmrc at fetch time regardless of any host recorded in a lock, so re-resolving buys nothing and only adds risk.
