They reached for gpu/rust by a path that stopped existing when the kernels went to the licensed half, so the chain differential could not build its first evaluator. The shim now says where both halves are. The runtime READMEs described a binary in a place it is not written and a repository under a name it does not have. runtime/go
The Go node is this repository. make luxd RUNTIME=go builds ./cmd/luxd and
writes it to bin/go/luxd.
runtime/rust and runtime/cpp are shims because their source lives in another
checkout. This one names nothing, because there is nothing to name.
