2d7e2a6309 proofs: drive Lean library to 0 errors, eliminate native_decide
The lean/ library (112 files) had ~110 type-check errors across 52 files (the
prior "green" status was a grep artifact). It now verifies at 0 errors under
the project's strict setting: `lake env lean -D autoImplicit=false`, all 112
files.

Fixed:
- Quasar/Consensus: replaced `by native_decide` with `by decide` (kernel-checked
  rather than compiler-trusted).
- Vault/KeyIsolation, Bridge/{YieldVault,OmnichainRouter,FillIntegrity},
  Storage/{ZapDB,Replicate}: PRF/string-encoding lemmas, division-bound vault
  accounting, renamed/removed deprecated List lemmas, noncomputable.
- Crypto (Pulsar/Magnetar/Corona/CGGMP21/MLKEM/FROST/FHE/P3Q): missing local
  dependency oleans compiled in dependency order; theorem→noncomputable def for
  Type-valued re-exports; deriving Inhabited for opaque artifact types; dead
  Mathlib imports removed.
- DeFi (AMM/staking/fees/flashloan/HFT/router) + Protocol + GPU + Warp + Trust +
  Compute + Network + Build: Nat-division/AMM-invariant proofs via
  Nat.div_le_of_le_mul / Nat.div_mul_le_self; omega in-scope invariants;
  record-projection opacity; dead tactics; stale Nat.Basic import → Nat.Defs;
  BFT quorum theorems tightened to n=3f+1.

Integrity: no sorry/admit/native_decide remaining (verified); no
proof-by-assumption axiom cheats. Statement changes only tightened false draft
theorems to true invariants. Remaining axioms are trusted-base only (opaque
crypto groups/pairings, RLWE/MLWE/MSIS hardness, FIPS 203/204/205 correctness,
VSS/Paillier, protocol modeling).

Magnetar — Threshold Strong Unforgeability (TS-UF) reduction
The threshold-signing unforgeability bound reduces to:
1. The FIPS 205 SLH-DSA EUF-CMA bound (NIST 2024 analysis).
2. The byte-wise Shamir VSS soundness over GF(257) — perfect
information-theoretic secrecy below threshold (Shamir 1979).
3. The reveal-and-aggregate trust model TCB caveat (the
aggregator process is in the TCB for the brief window the
master seed is reconstructed in memory).
4. Standard random-oracle programming penalty for transcript
binding under cSHAKE256.
Maps to:
- magnetar/SPEC.md §7 (Trust model — the v0.1 reveal-and-aggregate
caveat)
- magnetar/proofs/easycrypt/Magnetar_N1.ec
`magnetar_n1_byte_equality` theorem (correctness, not yet
unforgeability)
- ref/go/pkg/magnetar/threshold.go + combine.go (the threshold
sign + aggregator paths)
Algebraic correctness of the underlying Shamir layer is discharged
by `Crypto.Pulsar.Shamir.shamir_correct_at_target` (cross-cited;
byte-wise GF(257) layer is identical between Pulsar and Magnetar).
This file re-exports the headline reduction-statement consequence and
states the named hardness assumptions that the cryptographic part of
the proof reduces to.

Magnetar's TS-UF bound reduces to SHAKE collision/preimage
resistance (hash family), while Pulsar's TS-UF bound reduces to
MLWE/MSIS hardness (lattice family). The hardness families are
independent — a quantum oracle for SHAKE collision does not give
an MLWE oracle and vice versa.
This is the cryptographic reason the Polaris cert profile
(Pulsar || Corona || Magnetar) is meaningful: an adversary must
break ALL THREE independent hardness families to forge a Polaris
cert. -/
