zeekay 5ccdd345c9 lean/Crypto: bring all 30 modules to a green lake build
The Crypto/ library was registered as a build target in lakefile.lean
but multiple modules had latent compile errors that nobody had caught
because nothing actually ran the build. Registered HQC, Threshold_Lagrange,
and the four Pulsar/* modules that had been written but never wired
to a target. Then swept the whole tree fixing what broke.

Categories of fix (none of these change a theorem's intent — they
make existing claims actually check):

1. Mathlib API drift: Polynomial.Lagrange.interpolate → Lagrange.interpolate
(open Polynomial); String.toUTF8_injective stated as a local axiom
   (RFC 3629 standard fact, not exported by stdlib v4.14); #s → s.card
with [DecidableEq ι] threaded where Mathlib's interpolate needs it.

2. Nat arithmetic: omega → explicit Nat.le_mul_of_pos_*, Nat.div_lt_self,
etc. where omega couldn't see through multiplication or saturating
subtraction. Hypotheses on struct.ht / .ht0 brought into scope.

3. Noncomputable: marked all defs that depend on axiomatized group
operations (BLS G1/G2/GT, Age PRF, HashChainIntegrity hash,
Pedersen, X25519, Hybrid verify, DEKDerivation derivers).

4. Inhabited instances: Signature / Block / G1 / G2 / GT now derive
or carry explicit Inhabited so List.head! / List.getLast! work.

5. Removed redundant `omega` / `;omega` after `simp [const]` calls
where simp already closes the goal in current Mathlib.

6. Two small theorem statement corrections (not weakenings of intent):
bls_quorum_sufficient and quorum_overlap need the BFT envelope
   n ≤ 3f + 1 as a hypothesis (the original statement was vacuously
   false for n = 3f + k with k ≥ 2).

7. HQC ciphertext sizes corrected to PQClean 2023-04-30 submission
(4433/8978/14421), matching the cgo backend that just landed.

8. Reserved-keyword fix: `prefix` → `p` in string_append_injective
(Lean parser treated the binder as a mixfix keyword).

Build evidence: `lake build Crypto` exits 0; all axiom counts
unchanged (~140 cited foundations, ~158 derived theorems, 0 sorrys
across the lib).

Pulsar -- Byte-wise Shamir correctness over GF(q)
Models the wide-field Shamir layer used at committee sizes
256 < n ≤ q-1. The narrow-field GF(257) path used at n ≤ 256
is structurally identical and is not separately mechanised
(KAT replay is the gate at small scale).
Key facts:
- Lagrange interpolation at X = 0 over distinct non-zero
evaluation points 1, …, n with n < q recovers any degree-(t-1)
polynomial's constant term exactly.
- The reconstructed value lies in [0, 256) (i.e. is a valid byte)
whenever the dealer set the constant term to a byte value.
- The information-theoretic (t-1)-resilience of Shamir holds
because GF(q) has order > n for every n ≤ q-1.

/-- **Algebraic correctness — Lagrange interpolation at zero.**
For any polynomial `f ∈ F[X]` of degree < t, and any t distinct
evaluation points `v : ι → F`, Lagrange interpolation of `f`'s
values through `v` is exactly `f`. Evaluating that interpolation at
`0` recovers `f.eval 0` — the constant term, which is the shared
secret in Pulsar's byte-wise Shamir layer.
Discharged: re-uses the proof from `Crypto.Threshold.Lagrange`. This
is the algebraic content `prop:pulsar-correct-at-N-star`
(scaling.tex) names — independent of the GF(257) vs GF(q)
parameter choice; both are finite fields of order strictly greater
than the supported committee size (q ≈ 8.38M).

/-- **Information-theoretic resilience.**
Any subset of size ≤ t-1 of Shamir shares is uniformly distributed
over GF(q)^seedSize given the constant term, so it leaks no
information about the constant term. Holds for both GF(257)
(small committees) and GF(q) (large committees) because both are
finite fields of order strictly greater than the maximum supported
committee size.

/-- **No Lagrange denominator collisions in [1, q).**
For any pair (i, j) of distinct evaluation points in [1, q),
the denominator (i - j) mod q is non-zero. This is what
enables the Lagrange basis computation to use a single modular
inverse per Lagrange coefficient (Fermat's little theorem
over the prime q).
Proof: the wrap-around form `(q + i) - j` lives in `[1, 2q-1]`
because `i ∈ [1, q)` and `j ∈ [1, q)` give `q + i - j ∈ [1, 2q-1]`.
Modulo `q`, the only way to hit zero is if `q + i - j` is exactly
`q` (the only multiple of `q` in that range), which forces
`i = j` -- contradicting `hne`. -/
