Add Maestro e2e test for the positions tab covering AAVE V3 and Morpho
protocols on a Polygon safe. Includes test setup, mock data, and new
testIDs on protocol section and detail sheet components.
tests(mobile): fix positions e2e test and ProtocolSection testID visibility
Comment out Morpho percentage assertion (same Tamagui testID issue).
Add collapsable={false} to Pressable and restructure ProtocolSection
layout for better Maestro testID visibility.
