WIP: lockfile deleted; deps swap Next 16 → Vite 8 + React 19 + plugin-react.
Typecheck not verified locally (no pnpm install performed); pure-TS modules
under src/lib/ compile cleanly under ES2022 + bundler.
- Vite 8 at repo root (no apps/web subdir -- single-app repo)
- index.html + src/{main,App}.tsx + styles.css (monochrome dark, Basel Grotesk)
- Client-side status polling (JSON-RPC eth_blockNumber + no-cors reachability
for third-party origins) in src/lib/status.ts
- Shared chain/service/contract config in src/lib/chains.ts
- Dockerfile: multi-stage node:22-alpine -> ghcr.io/hanzoai/spa (copy dist/ to
/public)
- Delete app/, next.config.ts, next-env.d.ts, open-next.config.ts,
wrangler.jsonc, .github/workflows/deploy.yml (CF Worker deploy obsolete)
