typescript 7.0.2 is the native compiler and exports no JavaScript API, so ts-node,
ts-jest and hardhat cannot read it. It comes in aliased as tsgo and does the
typechecking; typescript stays on the 6 line for those tools in api, mpc and
contracts. app keeps its own pin: ts-jest 27 there caps typescript below 5.0.

The native compiler no longer pulls in every @types package implicitly, so api
names node and jest in `types`, and mpc's express app carries the annotation the
compiler asks for. api 1, mpc 1 and contracts 98 diagnostics before and after,
identical on 6.0.3 and 7.0.2.

Contracts for Lux teleport bridge protocol

Try running some of the following tasks:

npx hardhat help
npx hardhat test
REPORT_GAS=true npx hardhat test
npx hardhat node
npx hardhat ignition deploy ./ignition/modules/**.ts

Production builds

Deployment CI/CD MUST set HARDHAT_PRODUCTION_BUILD=1 when compiling the artifact set that ships to mainnet / testnet. This positive override forces exclusion of every test-contracts/*.sol (MockVerifier, NonPQP3QStub, StrictPQProfileGateHarness, ...) regardless of any HARDHAT_INCLUDE_TEST_CONTRACTS=1 or npm_lifecycle_event=test that may leak in from a parent monorepo workspace (e.g. pnpm -w test).

HARDHAT_PRODUCTION_BUILD=1 npx hardhat compile

See hardhat.config.ts (Red round 5 finding B6).
