zeekay 16d9f92142 feat: add compatibility shims for old import paths ...

Add shim packages that re-export from new locations:
- vm/utils -> github.com/luxfi/utils
- vm/utils/wrappers -> github.com/luxfi/utils/wrappers
- vm/utils/perms -> github.com/luxfi/filesystem/perms
- vm/secp256k1fx -> github.com/luxfi/utxo/secp256k1fx
- vm/components/lux -> github.com/luxfi/utxo

This allows packages with old imports to continue working.
