A network is listed when brand.json serves it and its RPC answers eth_chainId with the chain's own id. The switcher, network settings, portfolio, receive and bridge all read that one list, so a network with no node drops out of every screen at once. brand.json names the RPC and explorer each chain answers on, and nothing is derived from the gateway host. chains.unavailable marks a chain that answers reads but produces no blocks: Lux C-Chain mainnet and testnet stay listed, marked unavailable with the reason, and send, swap and bridge refuse them before signing. Staking needs rpc.platform; without it the stake screen says the P-Chain is not served. The Lux wallet lists Lux's chains and the external EVMs. Zoo and Hanzo name the /v1/chain/zoo and /v1/chain/hanzo routes their nodes serve, and Hanzo drops SPC. Chain labels and native symbols come from the registry by chain id. Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>
