The static tag pointed at a solid triangle in a black rounded box, and
once the brand config loaded, the runtime swapped the tab over to the
square wordmark. So the wallet showed two different icons during one page
load, and neither matched the other Lux surfaces.

Point both at the same file: @luxfi/[email protected] getFaviconSVG, the mark as
a hairline outline. Also add the favicon.ico the markup has always
referenced and never shipped, rendered from that same source.
