LP-118 is now part of the core warp functionality: - Added Verifier interface for warp message verification - Added SignatureHandler for handling signature requests - Added CachedSignatureHandler with caching support - Added SignatureAggregator for aggregating validator signatures - Added SignatureHandlerAdapter for p2p.Handler integration This removes the need for lp118 as a separate package.
