Publish(opts) + Browse(ctx, role, timeout)
for Go services: hanzo-kms, hanzo-base, hanzo-mpc,
hanzo-ingress, hanzo-gateway, hanzo-static
Both bindings own the same constants (service type, TXT keys, role
enum) so the wire is identical regardless of language. Single
source of truth across the mesh.
HIP-0069 (Service Discovery & Auto-Bridge) lives in
~/work/hanzo/hips and slots into the Networking & Inference Stack
section between HIP-0068 (Ingress) and HIP-0070 (Quantum).
