Ibrahim JarifandGitHub 772b18cd7a Disable go 1.11 builds on travis (#1306)
According to https://golang.org/doc/devel/release.html#policy, golang
supports only the last two major versions. I propose we drop go 1.11
builds from Travis CI. One of the reasons being the builds for PR on
https://github.com/dgraph-io/badger/pull/1305
(https://travis-ci.org/github/dgraph-io/badger/jobs/675278785) fails
on go 1.11 because of some go module issue.

This PR drops support for go 1.11. Existing users on go 1.11 will
not be affected.
This PR contains the following changes
1. Remove go 1.11 build from Travis.
2. Remove the `FileSync` function. We don't need it for go version
    greater than 1.11. See https://github.com/dgraph-io/badger/issues/563 .
The `FileSync` function is replaced with `fd.Sync()` which internally
    uses `FNCTL` system call.
3. Update Readme: Set minimum go version to go1.12
