CI Optimization: - Single build/install step (was 3x redundant) - Reuse build artifact for deployment - Remove Vercel deployment (using GitHub Pages) - Proper GitHub Pages permissions and environment Build Configuration: - Enable Next.js static export (output: 'export') - Set images.unoptimized for static export - Export to /out directory for GitHub Pages Now builds once, tests with built files, deploys artifact
