zeekayandHanzo Dev 18d75a83cd pars.vote shows Pars and nothing else ...

Pins the stack at luxdao/app 5329fd5 (the package is @luxdao/app now),
which reads only the tenant's own chain: the header picker and the
contracts survey no longer list Lux, Zoo or Hanzo, the wallet sign-in
statement names Pars, and no other estate's token slots appear. The
tenant carries its own glyph and tab icon (the khatam, served from this
site's root) instead of falling back to the estate's.

Drops the GitHub Pages workflow: it built on GitHub-hosted runners and
published a second copy of the site under a pars.vote CNAME. pars.vote is
built in-cluster and served from the sites store.
