Imports the luxfi/standard contracts as a dependency and adds only the Pars routes on top of luxfi/vote's base: ASHA/VeASHA staking bound to the Pars addresses, bonds, dao-network, PIPs. No Pars in the base; the base knows no Pars. Co-authored-by: Hanzo Dev <[email protected]>
