Make sure that each Mutex instance keeps track of the location that
acquired the lock. In the case of a shared mutex, this is going to be
metadata for a random reader thread. Additionally, for shared mutexes we
won't be able to find all threads holding that lock since that would
require maintaining an expensive list that itself needs a lock.
