zeekay 6eb1cb6885 go/transport/quic: ZAP over QUIC + PQ X-Wing, behind the same Conn contract

ZAP RPC over QUIC (RFC 9000) — multiplexed, 0-RTT-capable — exposing the
identical transport.Conn/Dispatch contract as TCP/Unix, so a generated
client takes the *transport.Conn unchanged; only the wire underneath differs.

- streamConn adapts a *quic.Stream (+ its *quic.Conn, kept alive) to the
  io.ReadWriteCloser transport.NewConn now accepts (Conn.nc generalized from
  net.Conn — the TCP writev + tls.Conn type-assertions still hold).
- Every QUIC connection is PQ-secured: the mandatory TLS 1.3 handshake is
  pinned to X25519MLKEM768 (PQ X-Wing) via the shared PQTLSConfig, with the
  zap/1 ALPN. A successful round-trip under that pin proves PQ ran.
- quic-go v0.59.1 (pure Go, v0.x) is the ONLY direct dep, and only the
  transport/quic subpackage pulls it — the tcp/unix/tls core stays pure
  stdlib. All deps below v1.

Proven: ZAP RPC round-trip over PQ-QUIC. zap-proto/go now offers the full
transport matrix (tcp / unix / tls / quic), all PQ-capable, one contract.
