zeekay 376789ec6d transport: bound inbound dispatch concurrency (M-1)
The read loop spawned one goroutine — and one handler run — per inbound
request frame with no ceiling. A peer pipelining N request frames on one
connection forced N concurrent dispatches: a single-socket
resource-exhaustion amplifier (red-team finding M-1).

Gate dispatch on a per-connection semaphore (maxInFlight=256). At the cap
the read loop blocks on acquire, which stops draining the socket and lets
TCP backpressure flow to the peer instead of spawning unbounded goroutines.
serve releases the slot; the acquire selects on c.closed so shutdown never
wedges. bound_test.go pipelines maxInFlight+64 requests through one Conn and
proves peak concurrency is exactly the cap, never above (race-clean).

// maxInFlight inbound dispatches at once, even when a peer pipelines far more
