one line: the Host fix, package http, and the schema, unified

main carried a six-week-old conversion marked INCOMPLETE that in fact builds and
passes — and still dropped Host on the wire and still called itself zaphttp. This
branch carried the fix and the rename. They were one commit apart in the other
direction, a schema doc, so this merges rather than replaces.

schema/zap_http.zap is schema/http.zap: the module is already zap-proto/http, so
the file said it twice.
